- Requests for disclosure, etc. of personal information
- The Company responds to requests for the following in relation to personal information: disclosure; notification of utilization purpose; correction of personal information if it is factually incorrect; cessation of the use of personal information or of its provision to third parties (the aforementioned being collectively referred to hereinafter as “Disclosure, etc.”) Please refer to Request procedures for the disclosure, etc. of personal information for the specifics of making a request for “Disclosure, etc.”
- Voluntary nature of provision of personal information
- The provision of personal information is performed voluntarily based on the intention of the principal. Please note, however, that declining to enter personal information as required on an inquiry form may impede the provision of information by the Company, the appropriate provision of services thereby, or the process of screening candidates.
